Calling all kite enthusiasts!  Mark you calendars for the 23rd annual Kite Festival this Saturday, March 3rd from 12:30-3:00 at Bond Park in Cary.  The festival is free and open to the public. You can register to participate in the kite-flying contest or simply enjoy watching others fly their kites. It promises to be a fun afternoon for all.
