The Area

Just two miles from the Regency at White Oak is the Beaver Creek Commons mall which has a wide range of shopping, restaurants, and services.   If you prefer a more quaint experience, downtown Apex just might be the ticket.   Once a rail road town on the Chatham Line, Apex has morphed into a collection of eclectic restaurants, galleries, and businesses that makes for a fun afternoon or evening out.  If you are in the mood for the big city lights, i540 is just 2 miles away and can whisk you to the downtown areas of Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill with some of the best options for restaurants, culture, and services.   Check out the VisitRaleigh.com website for a glimpse of things to do in the area.  Prestonwood Country Club, host of the SAS Championship golf tournament is only 10 minutes away, while Pinehurst and Eagle Point golf courses are less than 2 hours.  The American Tobacco Trail is only a mile away and features a scenic 22 miles of smooth trails for runners, walkers, bicyclist, and equestrians.   Jordan lake is about 5 miles and features boating, fishing, sailing, kayaking, and hiking.   The Raleigh airport is just 18 minutes away and world renown Duke Medical is only 25 minutes.     The climate is warm (upper 80s) in July & August and cool in January and February (low 50s), but the rest of the year is very mild and very enjoyable outdoors.

The nine different floor plans at Regency at White Oak Creek range in size from 1,781 to 2,224 square feet for the base home and with the option for rooms on the 2nd floor, can increase to almost 3,000 square feet.  These luxurious home models offer a variety of customization options.   Toll Brothers has a local design center to walk you through delectable options and high-end finishes.   Floor plans feature anywhere from two to five bedrooms, with most plans also featuring an optional den.
